Review: I was receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr K[redacted] and had paid for a Premium Vivera invisalign retainer. I was given a standard invisalign retainer in a Vivera case and was told that it was a Vivera retainer.Specifically this is what happened:1. I paid an additional $350 for a Vivera retainer set on 2/**/15 I received an invisalign retainer set which was placed in a Vivera Branded Container to deceive me on 3/*/152. My fianc spoke and recorded a call made to Dr. K[redacted] on 3/*/15 where she insisted the retainer that she gave me on 3/* was Vivera when in fact they were not, and they were not even ordered yet.3. My fianc called Align (manufacturer) and spoke with and reordered a conversation with Align operator Nicole Ext [redacted] on March *, 2015 2:29PM and was told that the Vivera retainers were just ordered at 10:58AM PST on 3/*/15 a day after she supposedly gave the premium Vivera retainer to me. This is a clear case of Fraud in that she tried to pass of the standard retainer for the premium but she got caught. Once she was caught she then ordered the Premium retainer and tried to cover her tracks.Desired Settlement: Complete Refund of the $350
