NYC Data Science Academy

The refund policy listed on the NYC Data Science website promises a full refund if the class is canceled prior to the first class. My class was canceled prior to the first class and the school has failed to process the promised refund.

Here is an archive of the refund policy page from April *** 2020: *** Because of Covid-19, the in-person coding class I had subscribed to has been canceled. They have moved to online classes and I am not interested in taking an online class so I have canceled the program and asked for a full refund. As mentioned above, I have never taken a single class and canceled ahead of time. As such, a full refund should be processed. The company asked for my bank wire information to process the refund and they have failed to process the promised refund. When I followed up with emails asking the refund, they have ignored my emails.
