Review: I contacted Top Notch Security since I was in need of a locksmith to open my personal safe which was malfunctioning. The company quoted me for $45 since it was in the evening, rather than $15 for an appointment during business hours. When I checked my credit card statement, the company charged me nearly just under $350 for 10 - 15 minutes of work!Desired Settlement: I will gladly pay the $45 I was told the service will cost
