Review: I applied through this business for getting approval of my pc (commitment care PT.,PC.) to be a provider for [redacted] , Medicaid and a several insurance companies ,on June 2014. They asked me to pay them $3000 in advance , I paid them this money and provided them with every document they needed on time and I was promised that I will get approval for all plans within two months , but that never happen and so far I got approval only with two companies that contacted me directly and I provided them directly with their requirements and after that I was waiting for approval of [redacted] and pushing N.Y provider solution to solve issues with [redacted] they promised me that they are working with [redacted] to get approval , my last contact with N.Y provider solutions regarding [redacted] was on 01/**/2015 they confirmed that [redacted] requires some documents to approve my PC.as a provider , I had douts that what they are telling is not true so I checked my application status online I found that my file was closed since 11/**/2014 because they failed to follow up with [redacted] or provide documents that needed and continued to lie to me about my application status all this time and they also failed to follow up with Medicaid or most of other insurance plans , they got my money and served me almost nothing and caused a lot of loss to my PCDesired Settlement: My money back
