The customer came to my office and asked for fingerprint, insure the customer come to my office get thing done properly so we will ask them what they need and where to be useHe told us he need fingerprint and will send to two places, so we told him the price of set of fingerprint (fingerprint cards), we told and explained to him we do ink-and-roll fingerprints manually onto a fingerprint card not the electronic scanner so we always do set of fingerprint (cards) for each person to be use in each place, if he is going to send to two states, for safe reason so we was suggesting and explained to him to do set fingepring (cards) in case the fingerprint card and check get reject and return if one card doen't read, so will have second card to backupAnd he agreed so we did set fingeprint (cards) for himWe are clearly to explain and tell him before we did the service for him, so we didn't lie to him, and we didn't lie t o any of our customer for taking advantage of them
