Terrible product and even worse customer serviceI ordered a purse with custom sequins and appliquesIt took much longer to ship than what was quoted, but it did eventually arriveHowever, the item I received looked nothing like what I created with the online design toolAll the letters were crooked and overlappingThe sequins were also just kind of shoddily glued on and there was excess glue smudged between themThe website makes it appear like these are really high-quality, custom, handmade products, but that is completely misleadingMy $purse looked like something from the dollar storeThe real problem, though, was that I contacted Bow & Drape about the issue, thinking maybe my purse was a flukeThey didn't respond to my email, online chat, or text (all three methods of contacting customer service listed on their website)I waited a few days and made another attempt – still nothingAt this point, I opened a case on [redacted] , which gives the seller a certain amount of time to respond to the complaintAfter a week or so, they never responded to the [redacted] claim either [redacted] ended up refunding my purchaseStill nothing from Bow & Drape customer serviceI've dealt with poor customer service before, but Bow & Drape's is actually nonexistentAvoid this company at all costs

I ordered a $customized *** sauce bottle to be shipped 1/10/ I had to email them in February to get my package, which finally came a few weeks later
Before receiving the bottle, I tried contacting them multiple times before an employee finally emailed me back I left a voicemail asking someone to call me back, but no one ever did
When I finally received the bottle, I discovered that the customization was messed up
Anyway, it's incredibly shady that I had to contact them multiple times a month after the bottle should've been shipped just to get my order fulfilled and then they couldn't even get the customization right
Review: [redacted] contacted us for the design & development of his business logo and website. At the middle of the project he decided to change the platform of the website, we complied with it and started working on that platform (.NET). After some time he asked us to revert to the same platform that we were working on before (PHP). Then later he changed the platform again to .NET and gave an un-realistic deadline to complete the project and started imposing the loss of time & efforts on us, completely neglecting the efforts and resources we put in the project. Later he filed dispute on all the transactions he paid on various milestones (Design, Front-end Development and Integration) violating the contract and payment terms. He made the initial payment via PayPal but later started paying through AMEX due to obvious reason that he wasn't sure on the direction of the project. This clearly shows his business practices. We even spoke with his employee [redacted] who was involved in this project and he admitted that [redacted] is being unfair but since he is the boss, its his call to take away all that was paid to us just because of his own unstable plan and change in directions.Desired Settlement: Pay at least $5,000 for the services availed and damages done with chargeback.
