NXT Level Renovations

I paused in full for home remodeling services that were never completed or done very poorly including: broken ceiling fans, failure to install 1 interior door, failure to install 1 exterior door, paint stains on brand new floors, paid for a glass shower door that I never received.
I was guaranteed that that work would be done the following day so I wrote the final check for the remaining balance
As soon as I issued the last check for the remaining balance Rick blocked mine and my wife's phone numbers and we have not been able to contact him or get any response from him since that time estimated value on labor and products paid for that were not received is $$2,500.
