I am rejecting this response because:On 8/20/I opened a complaint *** against NW Sewer & Drain for not performing service that was promised in writing on 3/24/2016 After your contact they called and told me they would refund the money I had paid for the service. I have waited and no check has arrived so I'm assuming another empty promise. Is it time to look at the contractor's license to protect others? *** ***
Sincerely,

Thank you for voicing your concerns about your experience with our companyI can understand your frustration over the situation The "within year" offer was written on your invoice back in March of however we did not receive a call from until nearly months beyond the offer that you
were having issues again. My choice not to honor the complimentary cleaning service was due to the time frame of the call, the service tech and helper that was at your home did not have authorization to extend this offer and to send my crew out to clean your sewer line would be more costly then I am comfortable with.I did, however, extend a complimentary TV inspection of the your side sewer line, which is normally a cost of $ I have also offered to credit back the cost of a rooter so you could hire, a contractor of your choice, to complete the rooter service. We are happy to credit back to you $so you can pay a contractor of your choice to come and rooter your line to help resolve your complaint. There are several contractors in your area that offer mainline cabling at the $range
I have resolved my issues with NW Sewer & Drain
