The streaks that were left were the least of our problems...when the first sunny day arrived we found numerous "spider-web" scratches on our windows. The owner did not clean up after himself and left all of the debris that slid off our roof all over the eaves of our freshly painted house/trim. He said he would come back and clean up his mess before the open house that we were holding and didn't. It is a total bummer.
