check to Mr*** at the address of NE 112th Unit #10, Vancouver, Wa. for $but it was never cashed.so 3. On 06-02-we send a new check to Mr*** at the same address of *** ** *** *** ***, Vancouver, Wa. and on 06-09-The checked was cashed.We did send checks out - I can not explain why he did not get the first check from 05-11-that is why we sent him another check. Mr*** has a right to be disappointed in me (Stuart M***) for not following up with him and I understand his frustration... and I should have been on top of this from the startbut after sending out the check on 05-11-I thought it was taken care ofI was not correct and apologize.However - a second check was sent out on 06-02-to Mr*** and it was cashed on the 9th of June.ThanksStuart M***
