NVMS

I am a 1099 contractor. I have contracted with NVMS for inspection field work since October 2019. During that time most request for payment have been ignored.

In February 2020, I terminated my relationship with NVMS because of nonpayment for completed orders.

To date the NVMS still owes me approximately $1200.00.

I have been asking for over a year to get the money I am owed for work I did for this company and have either been ignored or reently this year was promised to be paid and even told a date my check was in the mail only to be told at a alater date they are waiting to be paid from some of their bigger clients before they can mail me my check. this is not how it is suppised to be paid accoprding to our paperwork when I signed on to wrok for them, it was to be paid 30 days after I did each job. I even did work for them this year because I believed the girl was going to get me paid and she said tey were back paying everyone on time.which turns out to be a lie

Company has not paid for my inspection field work calling on vendors, interviews, and photos of establishments. Back pay of three months of work is still unpaid.

Business does not hold up to its written promise to pay contractors on a timely basis. Have had to contact them numerous times to get checks from them for property services that were performed. As of date they ow me over $4000.00 for work performed back since August 2018. Other contractors have had same complaints about *** and their practices. Do not recommend anyone doing business with them for they will not get paid. If you call and complain they put you on the black list and will ignore you forever. I have had to in past events call or email the real-estate property companies they contract through and complain about them not paying for work that was performed properly to get paid. if any more questions let me know, and I can provide contact numbers and company info for contact.
