I purchased boxes for at the location in the [redacted] Was told the service was a month and wouldnt have to buy any new equipmentWell less then days of my purchase I get a call saying that they had to update the software by law and I need to purchase new boxes to continue my service for another I spoke with the owner who told me if I bring my boxes to the mall on August 4th he would swap them for new boxes if I purchased another box for When I got to the mall he hadnt even informed his employee I was coming and when the employee called him I was to purchase new box and just swapp out my boxes for of the old boxes that supposedly had been reprogrammedI was told I would get new boxes not the old onesThe owner called claiming I caused a scene just trying to cover himselfI bought those boxes with the employees knowing that they would be obsolete within daysI was told I could not return product because you they said you cann
