NVD Constructiion

I have reached out by phone to Mr. Danny H by phone several times in regards to a leak by the chimney and a piece that has fallen off the back side of the house. While someone has come out to add some sealant to the area by the chimney it did not resolve the leak. The leak only seems when the rain comes down very hard pooling up behind the chimney, dripping down both sides on the inside of the house, ponding either on the mantle or in the front side bedroom. This has been happening for the 3 years we have been living in the house. Since the ceiling consist of drywall, it is only a matter of time for mold to acquire, becoming a health hazard.
