NV Energy

The technician came out to switch to the smart thermostat wired our ac wrong and left our upstairs AC broken.
We came home to a 87 degree house, called NV Energy, the representative told us he (the technician) wired it correctly, it’s your AC that is broken, he will not come back and fix it.

The representative was nasty, she absolutely wasn’t listening to us, kept telling us it is our AC that is broken, even though she couldn’t explain why before the technician touched my AC, it was working fine and after him, my AC just won’t work…

We ended up paying our own AC guy to fix it…

the FREE THERMOSTAT will cost you… Not only he broke our ac by mis-wiring, he also peeled our paint on the wall, a huge chunk… …
