Review: (Complaint entered by Cleveland, Ohio Revdex.com staff - LST) On 12/03/15, Consumer placed order for and later received product. Per the terms of the sale he returned the product within 60 days for a full refund and was later told by phone the refund would be issued within 45 days. That amount of time has long passed and he is still awaiting the refund.Desired Settlement: Issue the refund immediately.
