4/I'm years old, finished my days around the end of Octand lost lbs It's been about months and I've kept it off I didn't buy a food scale, nor the special products from them, and about every 1/2-weeks I creep up past my pound limit They suggest going on an apple/steak day any time you go past your weight limit which knocks it right back down I'm not counting calories, just more mindful of what I eat/drink, and portion size I am very happy with the program and my weight loss I figure if I can keep it off for a year than it'll be off for goodMy metabolism, hormones and set weight have changed for the positive
4/2016 I'm 65 years old, finished my 40 days around the end of Oct. and lost 23 lbs. It's been about 6 months and I've kept it off. I didn't buy a food scale, nor the special products from them, and about every 1 1/2-2 weeks I creep up past my 2 pound limit. They suggest going on an apple/steak day any time you go past your weight limit which knocks it right back down. I'm not counting calories, just more mindful of what I eat/drink, and portion size. I am very happy with the program and my weight loss. I figure if I can keep it off for a year than it'll be off for good. My metabolism, hormones and set weight have changed for the positive.
