Nutrilabel

It has been very difficult to communicate with this company. They leave town for several weeks at a time without any sort of notification to their existing clients, whether through email or voicemail greeting. The owner of the company submitted my project to me thinking it was finished, and left without addressing any of my concerns after he had sent the info. Not only was it sent incomplete, (2 labels were to be sent instead of 1), it took 6 days and finally a strong email from me (threatening to complain about their company) for me to receive a response. Not only was all communication after that filled with a lot of attitude, but when I decided to be patient with them until they returned from their vacation and was willing to continue doing business with them, I still did not receive a response to my inquiries for an entire week after they had returned to work. Throughout this entire process, I also tried contacting them several times over the phone, and not only does no one answer the phone, but they did not return my voicemails either. They understood that this was a time sensitive project for me and that was not taken into consideration at all. At this time I have still not heard back from them, and this has forced me to now invest more money in order to take my project elsewhere and start over.Product_Or_Service: Nutritional AnalysisDesired SettlementI paid Nutrilabel in the amount of $240.50 for my project, which I feel should be reimbursed for all the inconvenience I have experienced as a result of waiting weeks to have a final product, which I still never received. I have taken a loss on sales as a result of Nutrilabel's failure to not only deliver a complete project, but also as a result of being abandoned in the middle of this important process. I would like a refund issued by check.
