Review: I purchased Nutra System and was locked into a two month commitment. On my first order, two of my products were not sealed when they were delivered. When I called Nutra System, they only apologized and did not ask if I wanted replacement meals. Two days ago, I received the second shipment. When I was eating one of the meals that came in that shipment, I found a hair in the dinner. When I called Nutra System, they refused to give me any of my money back. They wanted to send me more meals instead. I ask if you go out to dinner and find a hair in your meal, would you want another meal, of course not, you want a refund. I think it is absurd that such a large company could not even provide a $10 refund which is all I was asking for.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for my dissatisfaction with this product. I am not complaining about the taste, I found a hair in my meal. This is serious.
