Review: Hi. I recently had my hair done at this beauty salon. I asked for a hair trim but instead received a haircut. I showed the stylist the curly hair photo I wanted since it matched my length in hair.She cut my hair much shorter & it didn't match the hair length in the photo. I spoke with the manager. She admitted my hair was much shorter than the photo & apologized.The manager stated she would do my hair with conditioner for a month free to make it grow". She has since become unavailable & now says only the conditioner is free. The shop has reneged on their promised solution. I just wanted curls. I am very displeased with their services. I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: Since the manager reneged on her promise to do my hair hair free with conditioner, I would like a refund
