(Saying I got rejected because CAS did not fulfill their "takes up to 7 days" for transcripts, no where near. When I think everything is done and ready (all green checkmarks under the CAS application site), I come to find out transcripts are processed still by CAS, therefore making my application incomplete even though their site makes it appear that it is, therefore making me ineligible for the application for the university I ALREADY PAID FOR.
Revdex.com: TThe company responded months after my complaint only after I informed them that their rating dropped on Revdex.comI had to do the work and forward the complaint to multiple people before any recognitionThis only continues to display the lack of care they have for customers and only their appearanceMy top two schools did not review my application due to this "service." the complaint to multiple people before any recognition. This only continues to display the lack of care they have for customers and only their appearance. My top two schools did not review my application due to this "service." A refund has been issued, but this is far beyond the money. Countless days I spent up to 8 hours on the phone being forced to argue with supervisors. It was wasted time and energy. I spent the past three years saving money and taking prerequisites for the programs that needed to be submitted through this service. They don't understand they are tampering with people's futures. Within the response, a refund was granted but no apology was given. I am thankful not all of my programs needed this service. Hundreds of hours was spent dealing with their errors. No programs outside of Nursing CAS presented any issues. The entire process was a nightmare and the management still does not understand that.
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].

After a thorough investigation into this Customer Complaint, we have decided to grant the applicant a full refund of $85.
Standard NursingCAS practice, which the applicants are fully aware of, is we will not review an application until it has a status of Complete. We looked at [redacted]'s application seven days after her application became complete and notified her immediately that she did not report a school. ...
All applicants are required to report all colleges and universities they attended which is clearly written in our instructions and FAQs. Applicant stated that she did not take classes at [redacted] College, that she received only test scores and a transcript was not available. Following standard practice we asked the applicant to have [redacted] College submit a letter to us stating that a transcript was not available. We received a letter on September 29th but it never indicated that a transcript was not available. We went back to the applicant and eventually received an official transcript from [redacted] College. Applicant reported the school, added her coursework and resubmitted her application. We then processed her application within two days.NursingCAS was not negligent in any way and no refund will be granted.
