February 10, Dear [redacted] :This letter is regarding complaint (ID# [redacted] on 1/27/2017)In researching the customer's complaint, I found the communication with customer service referenced in the letterThe customer may appeal that decision to the administration as noted in our Grievance Policy in the student handbookThe handbook is available both within our courses and on the external website, and a link is provided here: [redacted] The customer did not pursue a grievance and instead chose to bypass our process by submitting a complaint with the Revdex.com.I would encourage the customer to follow the appropriate procedure that we have in place for such instances by emailing a formal grievance for consideration by our administrationGrievances must be submitted in writing to [redacted] Sincerely, Steve M [redacted] Vice PresidentNursingABC/Portage Learning
