The customer signed up for biweekly service and also hired us to do a shape up of the yard (See signed contract). After the first mowing service and shape work had been completed the customer called to inform us that he would like to discontinue service with AAA try another service that
was "cheaper in price". During that conversation we offered to either finish the remaining service or refund him for the balance of that remaining service. At that time he decided he would like us to issue a refund for one mowing service that had not been done. (See check cashed by customer)
