I pulled in with my toddler at 10:The outside lights were still on (and still on when I left the lot)I pulled into line as the car in front of me pulled up to the speaker, ordered, and pulled to the windowAs I moved to the speaker I looked over the menu, asked my toddler what she wanted, and a young girl comes to the window, looks at me, and over the speaker says "Sorry we close at 10" then walks awayI was the last car in lineIf you close at ??? Shouldn't you ATurn off your outside sign that lights up nice and brightBStop taking orders after This girl would not give me her name and made it clear to me that she was close with her boss and assured me that her boss would have her back...and she was rightHer boss was just as argumentative and unprofessional as she wasI would have reprimanded one of my employees if they had treated ANY guest in that mannerTraining in customer service should be provided for this staff

I pulled into line as the car in front of me pulled up to the speaker, ordered, and pulled to the window. As I moved to the speaker I looked over the menu, asked my toddler what she wanted, and a young girl comes to the window, looks at me, and over the speaker says "Sorry we close at 10" then walks away. I was the last car in line. If you close at 10... ??? Shouldn't you A. Turn off your outside sign that lights up nice and bright.. B. Stop taking orders after 10.. This girl would not give me her name and made it clear to me that she was close with her boss and assured me that her boss would have her back...and she was right. Her boss was just as argumentative and unprofessional as she was. I would have reprimanded one of my employees if they had treated ANY guest in that manner. Training in customer service should be provided for this staff.
