October 20, 2015Dear [redacted] ,We received a letter from the Revdex.com dated Friday, October 16,2015, regarding a complaint from one of our customers, [redacted] .Our last communication with our customer, [redacted] , was in mid-September when we informed her that we had some issues with one of the shoe sizes she purchased.The issue has now been resolved and the shoes have been shipped to her through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service with tracking number: [redacted] The shoes are due to be delivered to her on Thursday,October 22, 2015.We will like to apologize for the late response to her emails; this is due to the fact that we are a very small company, with very minimal staff trying to manage the needs of our growing customers.Efforts are being made to engage more staff to ensure a higher standard of customer service.Thank you for the notification.RegardsChuk
