Because the service failed to send an invoice despite several requests, my account was posted as overdue for months. They ignored my stop order. I began nursing service in my apartment to help care for my wife in mid-December 2014. They feel free to change services without notice. They now publish active service by a former aide who has not visited my apartment since I quit the service in mid-February. After finally receiving an invoice for earlier service, I have tried to catch up on earlier legitimate (overdue)claims, but they choose to create new bogus claims instead.The former aide is now charging me despite never entering my apartment since I severed the service.Desired SettlementQuit filing new claims when no service is underway. Allow me to satisfy delinquent accounts. There is a detailed contract provided to each new client. Nowhere is there a stipulation as to advanced notice on leaving the service.Business Response We would like to respond that we wrote off the balance on this customer's account because after speaking with the customer and reviewing written documentation provided by the customer, it is evident that the customer is very confused with dates, numbers, and facts. We would rather write off the amount due to us than pursue an elderly, confused client. Nurse Care has documentation of visits to the clients home and phone calls with staff after the date client claims to have stopped services. On two calls the customer confirmed these visits, then did not remember the conversation the next time we talked. We do everything we can to take care of our clients.
