We verbally contracted our long time landscaper for some concrete work in our backyardHe stated he had done this work and was part of his businessWe specifically asked for a "flat" extension of our patio, a step up to access behind the pool, full color and finish match of existing patio, re-run of sprinklers around Palm Trees that would be in the middle of this new area, functional holes to support pre existing security / safety pool fence, and subsequent repairs to the wood fencing near the work being doneAdditionally, he was to repair his work from a previous owner in two places where a stamping and color had cracked as a "warranty fix"He required deposit payment up front, of which we paidHe then required payment in full before the project was fully signed off and completedOnce paid, he did not return to our home to finish the project, and also stopped servicing our home for our regular landscaping with NO notice nor reply to numerous emails, calls, and textsThe issue
