Not sending written info with the product if there is a time limit to cancel for future purchases.
The company claims to send you a trial offer of their Juene Fleur eye serum and skin cream. I purchased online on June 25, 2018 under the name of Nuglowcream.com for $6.87 shipping costs ref. no. XXXXXXXJ10FVTENJ9. The box arrived with no invoice, no information. I used my Visa card for shipping costs. When my July statement arrived, there were charges made July 12 for $88.87 for Rejuvserum and $89.03 for Nuglowskincream (ref. no. XXXXXXXJHHVYNSJBB for both items. I called August 12, spoke to Blake saying I did not order these items, only a trial samples. He said I did not call to cancel within the time limit. I said what time limit, no info was in the box. Everything is online was his response. I said, "Do not send any other items." The items were sent. He gave me two options: it would be more money for me to return items WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AT THIS TIME BUT WAS CHARGED, plus a restocking fee. The other option keep items and get a refund of $120 ($60 each) and pay $57.90 and cancel account, which I did, ref. *** I also spoke to Red to verify the conversation with Blake. On August 22, I spoke with Chris, he assured me that $120 was credited to my Visa with the transactions #XXXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXXX of $60 each. On August 28 I spoke to MJat Ext. *** because I had not received the two items charged. I wanted the company to keep items THAT I DID NOT ORDER but she assured me that items would be mailed. She offered a $60 credit, my response was, "That is the only amount you can offer?" I was not pleased with this situation and told MJ that this is a practice of this company and the customer is still out of money because these items are sold for $28.99 and $24.99 elsewhere.
I am still upset that a company can do this to
the public and assume its right. They know people are assuming trial meets trial and you place another order if you are satisfied. I am taking time to write my first complaint to Revdex.com because I know this "outfit" should be out of business. Also, I went to my post office to track the package with a 20+ tracking number, it took two weeks to reach me and I have not opened the box. WASTED MONEY
Match prices of $28.99 charged for the eye serum and $24.99 for the eye cream.
