This company charged my credit card and sent me a bunch of diet pills that I never even ordered! How did they even access my credit card? Thieves
Some company named Nuesolutions sent me a bunch of diet pills. I didn't even order from them. They somehow baked I go my credit card information and charged me over $300! I've never even heard of this company! Why would they do this to me. This company is a bunch of thieves! They need to be put out of business they are criminals. I don't even know how they got my shipping address that is really scary. I will be calling my credit card company and will be filing a police report on them now.
I would like this company to tell me how they even got into my credit card information. How they got my address. Why they charged me over $300 and sent me a bunch of diet pills. I barely even take an Advil when I'm sick I don take any pills period! I am 5'3 and weigh 105 lbs why the *** would I even need diet pills? I am so upset and feel so violated from this company!

There must be a mistake in identifying which company has sent her product or there may be fraud at play. For example, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card which was charged, the zip code of where the products were sent to, the first and last name the products were addressed to.

Number 1 I will not give out the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card number that was charged so anyone can see it. Secondly you don't have a record of my information bc I never even heard of your company nor ordered any diet pills. I've never even been on your website or heard of your keto pills. Attached below I have taken photos of the boxes sent and products. The thing is there are was no company name or anything on the boxes it just stated "fulfillment center". But after researching it led me to your company. I already got refund from my credit card company. I just want people to know to be careful with their privacy and credit cards I don't ever want anyone else to go through what I did.

I want to return product for refund. I called and emailed. I was told by representative they do not refund on there website they do.
July 5th, 2019 I placed order on my bank account an immediate $194.95 was a pending transaction. I called July 5,2019 to cancel order no one answered. I call on July 8, 2019 to cancel order. I was told I can not cancel order. The $194.95 had cleared my bank. I received an email on July 5, 2019 my order was shipped. That seemed impossible. Since then I have called to get an address to return 4 full bottles and one partial. The lady would not give the information and told me no refunds.

I notified this company to cancel an order immediately and they continued the order.
I have emails since 7/10/19 when I started an order of a free bottle and realized instantly from an alert of my credit card company of fraud alert, when I never completed order. My credit card company supported me to investigate but in the meantime I have never received anything but the company insists that they already sent out product and can not cancel. They went from a free bottle to $194.00 charge on my credit card. I don't get a phone call but rude email.

I placed and order on line with Nuesolutions.The ad stated buy 3 get 2 free at 38.95. When I checked my bank account I was charged $194.95.

When I called to cancel the order he told me I should have canceled the order before I placed it. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would give me 25% off, I said no I want to cancel the order, than he offered me 50% off, I said no I want to cancel, he than offered me 65% off and said that would be a lot off, and again I said no I want to cancel the order.
Then he came back on the phone and said he would give me a full refund. I got a e-mail stating I would get $129.35. This is not what was promised. I want the full refund of $194.95 as told to me by Richard the manager. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thank You

I was not aware of what the grand total would be for the product. I called immediately and they said nothing could be cancelled.
I didn't know what the grand total would be. Thought it was $38 when $197 was taken out of my account. I called immediately and was told they couldn't stop it. A manager eventually gave me a discount. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't. I accepted that there might not be a better solution and gave up. Then the product never arrived. So I would not trust this company and would love to get back the rest of the money I paid for. I wish it would have told me a grand total before it charged me. Seems very sketchy that it would charge first and then tell you. Also weird that they can't stop shipping 2 minutes after you order it.

Was billed 194.95 for an unauthorized order While trying to cancel order and get refund, another 89.00$ was billed per unauthorized subscription.
Order went through on June 15th. Immediately noticed billing/order error and called to cancel. Was told that orders that are not per a subscription could not be canceled or refunded and was offered reward points through them. Never received them, so I emailed their support team. Over the next 6 days I reminded them that their website and email advertised 30 day money back guarantee, so they began trying to offer different refund suggestions to include returning and getting 100% of my money back. Once I confirmed that this was what I wanted, another email was sent stating that I would only get 50% back and could keep the merchandise. During this time, the tracking number sent with email confirmation of order stated that merchandise was NOT sent out yet, or had not been received by USPS. Another 89.00 was charged. So now, it's a total of 283.94$ extracted from my account and completely unauthorized. I did however purchase a free trial that stated I would only be charged the shipping fee of 4.99$, which I was charged correctly, about a month ago. I assume this may be how they are getting money from my account. At this point I am back at square one with them. Even after the explanation of using their Return Murchandise, they continue to act as if they never said it and offer something totally different. I have said repeatedly that I simply want to return whatever gets sent out to me and that I want a full refund. It sometimes feels like they are not listening, they are just buying time to see if I will leave them alone, but almost 300$ being taken out of my account is worth emailing and calling them often. I also need my card taken off their website because I don't want to continue trying to get a refund every time they decide to charge it. I'm unsure if it is for a subscription or not, as they have not acknowledged the second charge at all in email and I haven't gotten my call returned yet.
All I want is my full refund, as immediate as they are able to do. I can't return merchandise that hasn't even been delivered, and based off my tracking number which says it hasn't been sent out yet (same day I was offered a return/refund) I'm not sure what will happen to the package. I'd like to be able to return it since there's no use in wasting it by throwing it all away. Either way though, I would like my refund regardless of when they can send out the product that I didn't even want in the first place, please. I would really like for my card to be removed, if that's something they can do. I don't want any automatic or reoccurring bills charged, as it wastes mine and their time to continue going through a long refund process such as this.

I did not order Keto Burn from them. I called and they said they do not have a refund policy. Which on there web site they do. many complaints about that. They never sent me a confirmation notice or anything. So Had no way of them coming.

Advertisement said free trai and they charged me for a seven month supply without permission I call them but can't find their number. They said they did not give refunds only after I told them I would contact Revdex.com and go to social media they ssid I would get a refund in 3 to 7 business days. They advertised if you bought three bottles you get two free however, they charged me for all five bottles. I have contacted them by phone and email and have not received a response. They claimed they couldn't find my order and someone would call me back but never did.
