are made to order and to very high standardsVape users agree that our products provide a superior vaping experienceWe believe that part of our success results from our made to order business modelThe manufacturing process for each order takes several daysMr*** order was completed and shipped on 8/22/and, since overnight shipping was selected, the order was shipped overnight and arrived at Mr*** facility on 8/23/ Based on the complaint, it appears that Mr*** was not aware that Nude Nicotine products were made to orderIf so, this likely led to his expectation that the product would arrive overnight from the time of order as opposed to being manufactured and then shipped overnight The complaint also states that Mr*** made several unsuccessful attempts to contact our customer serviceWe checked our records and do see his attempts to contact usThis is of concern to us at Nude Nicotine and we are reviewing our procedures to make sure we consistently provide excellent customer service Mr*** requested that Nude Nicotine return $46.37, which was his cost for overnight shippingWe will return this cost to his account because of the inconvenience caused by the oversight in customer service Sincerely, *** *** CEO / Founder Nude Nicotine, Inc
