We were actually lucky and received the refrigerator cooling unit We were not able to receive any paperwork, we paid extra for a warranty Jerry Ctold us that in order for the guarantee to be effective, we had to return the old core and he sent us the shipping label, called to arrange the pick up and would pay the return shipping We did all of that and months later, we have been contacted by UPS, saying that NuCold refused the shipment and they are now saying that we owe the shipping bill of $1, We have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office It is interesting that the original shipping was listed as $and now the return shipping is $1, We have no idea where the unit is He is real good at the original sale, promising anything, and even ends all calls with "God bless you" BEWARE OF THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY
