Totally disappointed! Waiting since three days as the agent committed each day that they are delivering but still waiting on to get my co2 tank filled.I have a lot of customer complaints and my business effected .This is unprofessional , each time when I call at the customer service department I had to wait 20 to 22 minutes in my busy hours .
Unfortunately our industry sometimes has people who lack the professional ability to "follow through" on what we require as very restaurant operators to implement a change like this however this was not the case with Kathryn Cowen.
In my 30 plus years of being in the restaurant industry I can confirm that I found a professional account executive in Kathryn Cowen who does what she said she and her team will do and when she and her team will do it.
From the sounds of the other reviews I have read it sounds like NUCO2 needs to hire more people like Kathryn Cowen.
I did give a 4 star rating as we did run out of CO2 at one restaurant and they lost one of my bulk CO2 tanks for a couple of weeks but Kathryn sorted it all out.

NuColet us run out of gas this past July, November & now JanuaryFirst time it happened I was told the driver came on Sunday memorial weekend & we were closedWe are always closed on Sunday & why did the driver not reschedule? Then I was charged $ emergency fee to come out, which after complaining was removed.Then again, ran out months later because they never came back!! Inconvenienced to say the least, lost sodas & draft sales!!!! Wrote a letter, called, no one respondedNow, months later....RUN OUT AGAIN!!! Called, COMPLAINED & was told someone would contact me, STILL WAITING.....and my final straw was the new bill charging me another $ emergency fill up BECAUSE THEY LET ME RUN OUT!!! (Contract says we will NEVER RUN OUT, what a BREACH!!!)This little Fish in their big Pond is tired of being IGNORED, and has now switched to a local company ,who not only resolved my problem within the hour, they answered the phone when I calledNow that is good service!!
Installed Co2 lines ON TOP of the floor in bar, we trip over and them constantly. When asked about it they replied that’s how they do it. 2 years later I have a bad keg cooler I need to replace but can’t get them to come out and move the lines so I can get it out. Latterly have my whole bar boxed in.
