I want to let you know that I have received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and we have since replaced the windshield in Mr. [redacted]'s Honda, which has completely resolved his issue.Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any other questions regarding this matter.

Review: I carried my car to Nucar Auto Collision on October 8, 2013 for repair on the drivers front door. While in the grocery store someone open their door and bang my door. As a result it caused a dint and the paint came off to the bare metal. My car was ready on October 11, 2013.I went to pick up the car paid my deductible. Gina give me an invoice with the wrong name on it, I ask her if she could give me the two invoice's with the correct name on them. She call and left a message for someone at NuCar on DuPont Hwy I do not know whether she heard from them or not. I went back on October 14, 2013 to pick up the invoice with the correct name on them and she still could not give me the invoices with my name on them. I am asking if you could please if you would request that they give me the invoices with my name on them. I call NuCar Auto Collision again on Oct.16, 2013 I spoke with [redacted] and she still did not have the invoices with the correct name on them. I need and want the invoice with the correct name on them.Desired Settlement: Replace the invoices I have with someone else name on them. And make sure the invoices are in my name. When I took the car there the paper work was written up in my name. The insurance payment given to them is in my name. The car title is in my name which mean I purchase the car. Now why am I receiving invoices in another name?

Review: I have handed my car for a hail damage service and [redacted] adjuster came and went through it. Nucar collision started working on it and handed my vehicle on 6/17 at 4 pm. But when they handed my vehicle my windshield has a cracked screen and they are coming up with stories saying this didn't happen because of them. We are 100% sure this was broken by them and even we can call [redacted] adjuster to verify that the windahid was not cracked when we are car to nucar. We even have pictures of the car and they are saying it's not clear, it's a common sense that why would a customer do this when insurance is paying for the service. Now I would like file a police complaint and call the adjuster to justify this. But before that I want to work with Revdex.com to get resolved .Desired Settlement: Replace the windshield .
