Hello This is an update concerning complaint #*** I received a bill
for their services renderedMy bill was $I placed a call to their billing departmentthey adjusted my bill down to $They said I was to get in contact with the place of purchase for the items we bought to remove both activation fees ($X = $72.00) from the billTheir billing department said they cannot remove them that it must be done at the store levelI placed a call to the store today and they said they were removed and I informed them that the fees were not removedThey said I was again to contact that the billing department to handle the feesNu-wave has me running in circles over the (2) fees that were to be waved at the time of purchaseBoth parties are blaming each other on this matterI the mean time my bill is due on October 24, I at the point I don't know what to do

Review: I purchased from [redacted] Nu-Wave Wireless (1) [redacted] Tablet and (1) [redacted] Phone Connect 3 on September 27, 2014 It was stated at the time of purchase the the Activation Fee would be waved on both items purchased. When I checked my on-line bill the (2) activation charges were listed and charged to me. Also I have had several issues with the products I purchased. (1) We made several trips to their sales booth at [redacted] center in [redacted] Pa to resolve the issues on the tablet. (2) Also on the phone connect we kept getting a no line signal. At that point I decided to return both items to the place of purchase in the specified return policy. When they took the items back they "SOCKED" us with enormous restocking fees on both items. The tablet was $75.00 and the phone connect was $35.00. They kept our $49.00 from the original purchase which changed the restocking fee to $26.00. When I purchased these items they explained the return policy but not the restocking fees. When returning the items I questioned the sales clerk about what part of the bill I must pay she explained she didn't know. If this is what they call Customer Service were in trouble!Desired Settlement: I don't mind paying what I owe for almost (2) weeks using the items. I will not pay the activation fees. And I request a refund on the restocking charges for they were not explained from the start. I checked the online bill again and nothing has changed.

My bill was $134.47 I placed a call to their billing department. they adjusted my bill down to $95.99. They said I was to get in contact with the place of purchase for the items we bought to remove both activation fees ($36.00 X 2 = $72.00) from the bill. Their billing department said they cannot remove them that it must be done at the store level. I placed a call to the store today and they said they were removed and I informed them that the fees were not removed. They said I was again to contact that the billing department to handle the fees. Nu-wave has me running in circles over the (2) fees that were to be waved at the time of purchase. Both parties are blaming each other on this matter. I the mean time my bill is due on October 24, 2014. I at the point I don't know what to do..
