I purchased spa packages (minute massage & hot oil scalp treatment) from the Denver Daily Deals website for the Nu View of UThese were meant to be a relax day for myself and my two daughtersMy mother passed away the second week of January and the expiration date on the certificates is January 31stAs this time already being very difficult, I called and talked to the owner ([redacted]) and asked if it were possible to extend the expire dateAfter all, I spent $I was very disappointed when I got an extremely rude attitude and she told me that since she makes no money off of these deals on the internet that she could not do anything for me at allI wonder how this so- called business woman treats her actual customers in personWith this experience I would never step foot inside those doorsNeedless to say, I will be on the phone with Denver Daily Deals asking for my money back[redacted]: if you cannot provide friendly customer service and you make no money then you absolutely should not offer services like thisI will use the money I am refunded and take my business elsewhere, where customer service is a priority

Theresa is a good massage therapist but she is also very shady. She advised us to buy the $300 worth of massage which is equivalent to 10 massages. We purchased twice but the last purchased, she did not complete it. She still owe us $120 but if you try to call or send a text message to book an appointment, the schedule is very very limited and then later on, I never heard back from her. She never responds to any of messages. THIS IS A SCAM!
