Nu-Gen has gone above and beyond my expectations! The customer service and service was excellent. Very professional and great communication. They gave suggestions to increase the durability of our carpet, very helpful. I will recommend them to everyone and have them back every year.

This team probably saved our beach house with their quick response in bringing several powerful dehumidifiers to dry our 3 story home after Hurricane Florence left us without power for 4 days. NuGen thoroughly evaluated the extent of damage giving us essential documentation for insurance company.Thank you, NuGen!

Moises came to the rescue in nc after hurricane Florance, I sustained alot of damage due to hurricane Florance. Half of my home had to be gutted do to water and mold , I called Servpro they came out very unprofessional did not do a good job checking moisture levels through out the house, gave an estimate on the back of a card . I was not impressed at all. Found Nu-Gen from a *** search I called .Moises came right out checked every inch of our home was there for about 1.5 hrs, he came up with his estimate along with a print out / lay out of our home to give to insurance , although he was higher in price not by much, my wife and I hired Nu-Gen. Moises and his crew are Very professional and timely . When they completed the job I knew the job was done right. I would recommend Nu-Gen for All your cleaning needs. These guys got my family on the road to recovery and although it was business I'll be forever grateful for all the help and hard work Nu-Gen did for me . Thank you guys

nu Gen is the epitomy of professionalism and excellence. I called them right after servere flooding in Madison WI. They answered my call immediately on a Sunday. Came Monday and text with a reminder before he arrived. Came exactly when her said he would. Price was fair worked hard. I had one area I had a question about... He came to look the next day! There is no smell of mold.. They cleaned the carpet and put everyone back. I would highly recommend them. Moises was the content and he and his team we're spot on got service. This level of quality is a rare find in this day and age

What a great carpet cleaning company. Family owned and their dedication shows. My carpets have never looked better! From the customer service I received when I first called, up to the cleaning itself - I was not disappointed. I will only use Nu-Gen for my carpet cleaning in the future.
