On October , 2020 I walked in nucastle jewelers located on *** to purchase ;gold for two of my teeth, I was assisted by a women who works in the jewelry area who I believe is the only women who works there, I then explained what I wanted which was two fangs with a gold bridge to hold the two teeth in place so that it is stable and comfortable for my teeth the lady then showed me samples of teeth of what I had in mind as to how I wanted it to look and told me the price is three-hundred and twenty-four dollars I then paid with my debit card, my teeth was then moled by a gentlemen that does the mold part of the process he mixed it in a cup and told me to bite down, while I had my mouth closed he proceeded to move the molding to shift it, for whatever reason it was I believe it was to simply adjust it I waited about 5 to 10 mins before I was told to open my mouth so he could have the teeth made, I was told by the lady which I mentioned in the beginning told me to come back next week on wed or thrus or to call and see if it was ready for pick up, I called the store on oct , 2020 at 12:03pm to be exact and spoke to the same lady and she said I can pick it up the following day, when I arrived at the store the next day oct , 2020 I told her I was here to pick up the order she showed me the gold teeth an immitedly explained to her this is not what I ordered from you it has no bridge and when trying it on it does not fit I am not satifhted after having to wait five days she then said no that's what I asked for and how she cant discuss a refund with me I would have to speak to her boss who was sitting down eating food around a bunch of jewelry not far from where me and the store lady was standing I was in shock at how he did not care that its covid-19 and not sanitary, after waiting six mins he spoke to me and said that he can not give a refund because he already paid for my order to be made even though its not the style or size I ordered he can't refund my purchase.
