NU Car Rentals

I reserved a car via Expedia and paid with my DEBIT card Upon check in, NU car rentals denied me because they said they needed a Credit card, not a Debit card for the $deposit I do not have a credit card They turned me away, saying that getting a refund would not be a problem, but that it would take 7-days, and that I should have read their terms of service more carefully They were rude and the customers in line in front of me also left upset They told me to rent a car next door at Thrifty Car Rentals They gave me a phone number to call to get the refund When I called, no one answered I left a detailed message requesting the refund While in line at Thrifty, I read NU car rentals terms of service, which explained that they do in fact take Debit cards as long as there are sufficient funds to cover the deposit After waiting days for the refund, I called Expedia for help Eventually, Expedia sent me an email saying, "We have coordinated your case with NU ca

Despite all my efforts to contact this company, they dont want to refund my money for a service the didnt rendered or offer Idid a reservation thru Travelocity for this new company "Nu Car Rental" and it was prepaid.They were supposed to pick me up in the shuttle designated area at SJU Intl airport Waited minutes to the shuttle to arrive (they said the circle the area every minutes) call the office and they said the shuttle will be there to pick me up in minutesTwenty minutes later called again, they said the shuttle was dropping off passengers and will be the shortly Again, Twenty minutes later no shuttle showed up Call the office number and the corporate number, no body answer Then I call the Travelocity Customer Support to ask them to helpHalf an hour later, still on the phone but they could not reach them Waited an hour and a half and they never show up Now they don't want to reimburse the money despite all my calls to them, Travelocity and NU it self T
