Nu Car Rental

Desde el momento en que el "bus shuttle" te deja en la puerta de esta empresa, sabes que algo anda mal... Esta compañia es una banda de ESTAFADORES. Alquile un vehiculo pagado con 3 meses de anticipación, Seguros incluidos. Cuando estaba en el counter, el MISERABLE a cargo me ofreció otro seguro adicional. Me negué. Ahi empezaron los problemas. Me dijeron "TENGO QUE LLAMAR AL SUPERVISOR PARA QUE APRUEBE" Yo dije..."apruebe que?"...Luego de 10 minutos al telefono comenzaron a inventar estúpidas excusas ... Al pasar mi tarjeta de crédito para el depósito de seguridad, los MALDITOS me dijeron que mi tarjeta fue rechazada dos veces. Llame a mi banco desde las oficinas de estos ESTAFADORES y me dijeron que mi tarjeta no estaba bloqueda. Les ofrecí otra tarjeta y los MISERABLES me dijeron que no, solo podían pasar una tarjeta y solo 2 veces. Luego me dijeron que solo podía usar la tarjeta con que habia hecho la reserva. LOS MALDITOS no me dieron el vehiculo! Le pedi al INFELIZ en el counter que me de una constancia del rechazo de mi tarjeta pero el MISERABLE me dijo que no podía darme nada. Son una banda de estafadores! No alquilen con esta basura de compañia pues se van a arrepentir. TENGO UNA CARTA DEL BANCO SCOTIABANK, ASEGURANDO QUE EL DIA DEL ALQUILR MI TARJETA NO FUE RECHAZADA, QUE NO HUBO SIQUIERA INTENTO DE USO DE LA TARJETA DE CREDITO POR EL PROVEEDOR NU! SON UNOS MALDITOS ESTAFADORES! POR CULPA DE ESOS MISERABLES TUVE QUE ALQUILAR OTRO VEHICULO ESE MISMO DIA EN OTRA EMPRESA Y ME COSTO 430 DOLARES EXTRA CUANDO YO LES HABIA PAGADO 3 MESES ANTES A NU! MALDITOS ESTAFADORES!

Since the very second the "shuttle" leave you in the front door of this rental, you start having that feeling that "smell like a fish"...This company is a gang of SCAMMERS. I rented a vehicle paid for 3 months in advance, insurance included. When I was at the counter, the MISERABLE in charge offered me another additional insurance. I refused. Ah, the problems began. They told me "I HAVE TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR TO APPROVE" I said..."approve what?"...After 10 minutes on the phone they started making stupid excuses...They said that when they swiped my card credit card for security deposit, my card was declined twice. I called my bank from the offices of these SCAMMERS and my bank told me that my card was not blocked. I asked them to try again. They did not want. I offered them another credit card and the MISERABLES told me no, they could only swipe one card and only 2 times. Then they told me that I could only use the card with which I had made the reservation. THE SCAMMERS DID NOT GIVE ME THE VEHICLE! I asked the MISERABLE at the counter to give me proof of the rejection of my card but the MISERABLE told me that he couldn't give me anything. They are a bunch of scammers! Do not rent with this garbage company because you will regret it. I HAVE A LETTER FROM THE SCOTIABANK BANK, ASSURING THAT THE DAY OF THE RENTAL MY CARD WAS NOT REFUSED, THAT THERE WAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO USE THE CREDIT CARD BY THE NU PROVIDER! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! BECAUSE OF THOSE MISERABLES I HAD TO RENT ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT SAME DAY IN ANOTHER COMPANY AND IT COST ME 430 EXTRA DOLLARS WHEN I HAD PAID THEM 3 MONTHS BEFORE TO NU! DAMN SCAMMERS!

I rented a car from the SFO branch of NU rental cars between February 7-13 2020. I returned the car with no problems. However, after returning the car I am charged an extra $99,84 for the supplementary liability insurance (SLI) which I DID NOT sign for. As soon as I received an email about this extra charge I emailed the company three times. They finally replied by simply stating that the sale will remain final because I told the sales representative to add the insurance "VERBALLY". However, this is completely false information. I did NOT ask for such a service and I have written proof that I did not accept the insurance.
