inspection. [redacted] was for the radon test. The realtor told me I would be paid the remaining [redacted] the day of closing but never was. I will be refunding [redacted] for the home inspection as requested by the client. All that I ask is that the client acknowledge he received the check in the mail thru the Revdex.com. I have a carbon copy of the check.

We accept this resolvement. All we were asking was to be reimbursed for the transaction. Thank you for making this right. It's greatly appreciated.
Also, we were not aware of anything being paid at closing. We were just told what to bring the day of inspection by the realtor so that's what we brought. I'm very sorry about that! had we of known there was a remaining balance we would have brought it or gone to get it the same day.
