I bought a queen size mattress from the lompoc sleep shop in dec of months ago came with a year warrenty plan the fist week out the mattress was ok then after a month it started hurting my back so I called lompoc sleep shop to see if I could exchange the mattress for a diffrent one the owner at the time was named jackson he told me that he would have to seend someone out to the house to look at mattress wich they never showed then as time went by a few months lator I called back to lompoc sleep shop now they have sold the shop to a new owner I told them all about whats going on with my mattress so he made a point to come out to the house and see the mattress wich is still sealed in the plastic since I got it there was a tear in plastic of corner of mattress where it got dirty so he wont grant me a exchange on a diffrent mattress becuse of that I paid good money for the mattress I just want a diffrent mattreess in exchange and he tells me its not his problem he tells me he c
