None of that is no where near true. Customer has a detailed invoice of what all we charged him. Customer was very pleased with the work when he first picked up his vehicle. He decided to take actions on his own and turn up the gain on the amplifier (which voids the warranty) in doing so, he blew out...

all 4 speakers. He swore to us that he never touched it. So upon further looking into his system, we come to find out that he did turn up the amp all the way and burned his speakers. We confronted him and he kept denying it until finally he confessed that he turned it up only because an "expert" at [redacted] told him it was ok to turn it up. There's always a limit on to how much he can turn it up before burning up speakers. They can only handle so much power. Once he confessed we let him know that it's not covered under warranty for messing with it. He decided to buy another set of speakers and we installed them at no extra charge. Again everything sounded good and he was content. Days later again he starts to say that he thinks it should be louder and wanted me to check it out. We couldn't seem to set an apt for him because his schedule never worked out for us. We did try in several occasions to squeeze him in, but with the high volume of work it was very hard to just stop what we are doing and work on his. I also have all the text messages saved on my phone where I did tell him several times that I will do whatever needs to be done to make sure he likes it. Including different speakers, amps and if needed a power enhancing line output converter, but mr [redacted] could never make up his mind on a time or date. He kept saying that his spare vehicle is lent out so this is his only vehicle and he couldn't really leave it. My text messages clearly say for his to figure out a time and date and we will do it for him but he never could. Even after he decided to take it somewhere else, he came by the shop and we discussed everything. He made it seem like we were still on good terms. I did not overcharge him and everything he purchased is in his truck. At the end all he did was add the line output converter that I offered and that was it.
