I recently used the service on 02/25. I was quoted $75 for two hours. They sent 3 ladies. I spoke with [redacted] after the ladies arrived and was advised that I was being charged for three hours. It was finally settled at the two hours. They were not supposed to clean the entire house, only certain areas. The work was completed with the 2 hours I paid for. It's funny how the ladies don't speak and/or don't speak English when there is something that was not cleaned. I spoke to [redacted] on 02/27 regarding my concerns. The reason why it was less time because it was three ladies.. I didn't ask for three cleaning ladies.. If you decide to use the service make sure they stay the entire time you pay for, regardless of how many they send.
