Nowscapes

We entered into a construction contract with you, Nowscapes, Inc., to fully renovate and remodel our master bathroom at our home residence *** and agreed the construction work would commence the third week in July 2019 and be fully completed on or before November 28, 2019. In accordance with our construction contract, we made payment to you in the total amount of $15,000 in three (3) installments to proactively pay for time, travel, materials, and labor.
We honored this payment agreement to ensure all construction activities related to fully renovating and remodeling our master bathroom would be completed by you in accordance with our construction plan, timeline, and in compliance with current construction codes and regulations as documented by the State of MN. However, upon inspection by other construction professionals (e.g., plumber, tiler, drywaller, etc.), it was determined that ALL of your construction work was deemed faulty. Because of your inadequate construction, we hired multiple professional contractors to completely remove and redo your construction, which includes but is not limited to:
- Shower Pan: Demolition and reinstallation of your faulty shower pan
- Plumbing: Demolition and reinstallation of all out-of-compliance plumbing you installed
- Electrical: Removal and reinstallation of all recessed lights, outlets, and wiring
- Sheetrock: Removal and reinstallation of various walls, ceilings, etc. requiring sheetrock that was poorly installed
