This company was tasked with repairing a firearm that failed to function properlyThe problem was the bolt assembly to lock in the open position after the last round was dischargedTriton replaced a part that they believed caused the problem and asserted they tested the gun with good resultWhen it was returned to me the exhibited the same problem I demanded the return of my money but refused to do so claiming the gun worked properly Additionally they claimed I should be usingammunition when the gun requires x When I provided evidence to that effect they then asserted I should have used SAMMI spec ammo which I have been doing These people have refused to acknowledge their error and chose instead to make excuses for their inability to do a simple repair

Triton replaced a part that they believed caused the problem and asserted they tested the gun with good result. When it was returned to me the exhibited the same problem. I demanded the return of my money but refused to do so claiming the gun worked properly. Additionally they claimed I should be using.223 ammunition when the gun requires 5.56 x45. When I provided evidence to that effect they then asserted I should have used SAMMI spec ammo which I have been doing.
These people have refused to acknowledge their error and chose instead to make excuses for their inability to do a simple repair.
