We have received your letter dated 1-17-*** *** is a tenant of ours and we have been working with him and our pest control company *** Pest Control to try ad eradicate the mice in *** ***'s apartment. Please see attached correspondence between us and *** Pest Control.
They have serviced the unit several times and plugged up holes. We have asked *** *** to help with sanitation issues in the apartment. Mice can be difficult to get rid of if there are food sources present.
