Consumer called Revdex.com to advised us she was targeted by a company called "Novatel" who claimed that they have been receiving error messages to their server from her computer and wanted her to go to her computer and they would talk her through giving them remote access to fix the errors. When
They did not give a name other than the company but she noted the number called from which was 210 249 0540
