If it was possible to give this dealership a more negative rating than just one star, I would give that more negative rating. Why, you may ask?

I really hope, for Ole Ben Franklin Motors creator's sake(s), that not every one of these dealerships are THIS poorly employed.

I was very badly harassed in a rather aggressive manner by the representatives at the Oak Ridge location. Harassed to the point that I was worried for my safety. They would not take "no thank you, I am not interested in that offer. Should you find something fitting my interests, please email me then," as my answer for being uninterested in the cars I did not want, and instead continued to try and badger me into signing an open contract with them over cars I openly said did not fit my needs. Or badger me into looking at another vehicle that I told them I could not afford, because I could not afford them. They were SO desperate to make a sale that they absolutely ignored any of my requests and instead kept pushing me

My experience with Ole Ben Franklin was great. From Management to sales, and to service department. The service Department Jeff & Eric are so sweet of taking their time of fixing a window that was messed up upon their selves and fix it. Thank ya'll so much Jeff & Eric in service Department you Blessed me today. Again Thank ya'll.
