I used the Sports Medicine Facility for Joint issues in June of 2018. The way the company does their billing is a mess. They double bill you every bill from previous dates even though you've already paid. I ended up overpaying due to this and a year later I am still calling in every "couple of weeks" (as stated by the company's recommendation) to obtain my refund. I've done this many times and the staff members always tell me it's in the process. I called again in August and a staff member notified me that nobody ever put the claim in for me. So this entire time the staff was lying. My last bill was dated 09/09/2018. Today it is 09/16/2019 and I still have not been rightfully compensated my refund. I am currently on hold with a staff member who now states it is being processed and the refund may take longer. The staff member on the phone just now stated to "wait a week." The billing office is a complete mess and needs to be investigated for fraud. There is no acceptable reason that a year later I am still waiting for this refund.

I demand that Nova Southeastern collage cease all contact with me and close their bogus fraudulent account.
Nova Southeastern university is harassing me for a medical bill for services never rendered to me. There has been no contract between myself and this university. I have never been a patient there nor know why and how they have my personal information. My personal information has been stolen and they ended up with it. I demand them cease all contact with me. I have made an identity theft report on this matter of my identity being stolen.
Remove me out of your bogus collection department and cease all contact with me.
On March 11th, 2018 at around 10 am I went to the NSU Eye Care Center located at ***. University Drive to purchase some Contact Lens. I was seen at this facility several times and I was a patient at this facility for Eye Care. I went up to the 2nd Floor to the area where they sell Glasses and or Contact Lens. I and my Prescription for my Contact Lens with me. I ask the Front Desk Agent I am here to purchase some Contact Lens here is my Prescription. The Front Desk Agent told me that they do not sell Contact Lens and that I will need to go to the Front Desk of the Eye Care Center and talk to them. I went to the Front Desk and I spoke to the Agent ***, I explained to her that I drove to this Facility all the way from Miami and I need to get some Contact Lens. ***-Ftront Desk Agent told me that there is no one at the Facility and that I will have to call XXX XXX XXXX and order my Contact Lens through. I told *** I have called that number several times and left numerous messages and no one has not returned my call. *** said there was nothing that she can and or will do. So I asked to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor I was advised that none was available. So I got upset and at this point ***-The Front Desk Manager steps in and is laughing as if this is all some kind of a joke. I said to both *** and *** I am a Patient I am paying this Facility the facility is not paying me. I ahem drove here to purchase Contact Lens all the way from Miami and I have called and left message for someone to call back and no one has called back. At this point my voice was raised and I got so frustrated that I cursed. I asked for the Supervisor, I was told that the Supervisor *** was not around. I sad where are they'. How can some of these people not be available? No manager and or Supervisor was available. I was given a Phone number to call. So I called the Supervisor *** and left a message for him to call me back, he called me back and was just like *** and ***, very unprofessional.

Contact by the Business I got a call from ***- The Supervisor who was extremely nasty to me over the Phone and before I can say anything he said I am banned from the Facility and hung up the Phone! So I called back and ask who the Manager was. I was told that the Manager is some Lady who I called and left a message. She called me back and left a message on my VM. When called her back she was not available again and so I left another message. Since March 11th 2018 she has not even try to reach out to me.
