Order was lost in transit, however, we do suspect that the order will eventually reappear and be delivered once [redacted] is able to catch up on the holiday backlog However, we have fully refunded the customer and apologies for the delays in communication and delivery
We accept full responsibility for the errors and delays that have occurred with Mr***'s order and *** *** from customer service has been in touch with him to resolve. We are grateful for his patience and understanding
Hi Ms.***,First of all, I'm so sorry for the various mishaps that seems to have taken place on your order. When a chargeback is placed on an order, we're actually unable to process any refunds until the fund is released, hence *** was unable to process a refund at the time of the
call and honestly believed that the amount would be automatically refunded to you via the chargeback. However, it looks as though our payment system automatically contested the chargeback as the items were never returned and we sincerely apologize for this error.At this time, as the funds have been released by the bank, and we have been able to finally process you the refund for $as promisedPlease allow 2-business days for it to appear in your account.We thank you for your patience and understanding through this entire process

We were unable to reach customer through the phone, so an email letter has been sent apologizing for the customer's experienceMs***'s experience is not the way we do business and it has certainly not been the way we have done businessHowever a series of human errors during what is our
busiest time of the year, all converged to make a horrible experience for Ms.*** for which we are truly sorry for She has been given a partial refund for the product and a gift code towards her future order so we may prove that we can do better
