The team from PermDry, Dartmouth did an excellent job of repairing a water problem in the basement. The issue was assessed and work was completed in a very timely matter. On the initial visit, options were discussed and pros and cons of each were fully explained. When the crew came in to make the repairs, they were very professional, worked efficiently and took care to protect the surrounding areas and stairs from damage. Excellent work ethic and public relations.

The service provided by Perma-Dry Halifax was outstanding. When they came to our house to provide a quote he was kind, answered all our questions and provided sound advice. He spoke to us as home owners needing help (which we did!), and it was truly appreciated. The office staff were also kind and extremely helpful throughout the process. I will certainly recommend their services in the future!
